Jennifer N Baca

My name is Jennifer N. Baca; to my friends, family, and customers I am known as Jenn.  I am married to Joe A. Baca and together we have a son named Donavan who is eight years old.  I am proud to say that I am a native of the great city of Las Cruces.  I graduated form Las Cruces High School in 1991 and then attended New Mexico State University.  At age 17, while still a student, I entered the real estate industry through the excel program offered at my school.  I started at the bottom and progressively learned the industry and worked my way to becoming a successful realtor. In 1999, after several successful years in real estate, my husband and I decided that we would move into the mortgage origination industry.  Our company, Precision Mortgage Group, Inc., started from the ground up and built its reputation on the pride we take in providing our customers with the best type of mortgage that suits their needs and also providing quality service. With that being the keystone to our success, our customer base has grown, so we as a company, have had to grow in order to meet the demands of our growing market. Precision Mortgage Group, Inc. recently celebrated its seventh anniversary and we are quickly approaching the $100 million landmark for loan production.  In seven steady years of existence PMG has grown to maintain a full time staff that includes, besides my husband and me, one broker, four loan officers, one loan processor; and an administrative assistant.  My role within the company is Co-owner and Vice President and I serve as the Senior Loan Officer as I still originate loans for new and existing customers as well as assist our loan officers with their customers.  Outside of PMG, I actively participate as a member and volunteer in several organizations.  I am an active member in the Las Cruces Home Builders Association, where I work on several committees and serve as a committee chairperson for the annual Showcase of Homes and Parade of Homes, a member of the Las Cruces Association of Realtors, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Southern New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association.  I recently earned recognition from the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Brokers.  Away from work I am a classroom volunteer at Mesilla Valley Christian School where my son Donavan is in the third grade. My short-term goals are to continue to provide the best quality of customer service and continue to maintain my ability to offer an array of products that can best fit our customers’ needs.  My future goals and plans are to promote mortgage education to realtors and for other mortgage loan originators.  I also plan on expanding Precision Mortgage Group, Inc. by opening other branches at different locations throughout the state beginning as soon as next year.
